Head of the Catalan Office for Climate Change, Generalitat de Catalunya

Head of the Catalan Office for Climate Change at the Government of Catalonia, he has an extensive background in environmental management and planning, combined with strong media and communication skills. He is a senior technician specialised in environmental policies, sustainable development, biodiversity and protected areas planning, natural heritage information systems, and environmental impact assessment. His current work focuses on climate change adaptation and mitigation policies.

He has worked for more than 20 years as an environmental technician within the Government of Catalonia. He has held his current position since March 2023 at the Department of Land, Housing and Ecological Transition of the Government of Catalonia.
