Head of National Programmes and Industry at the Spanish Space Agency. With more than 25 years of experience across public administration, industry and academia, he has held senior roles at CDTI, leading strategic departments in energy, transport, manufacturing and dual-use programmes, and managing major national aerospace initiatives. He has also served as CEO and consultant in the aerospace and defence sectors, and as a university lecturer in mechanical engineering, combining strong technical expertise with experience in innovation policy and industrial strategy. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) and a degree in Industrial Engineering.
